Keith Boger is the founder of WasteWater Technology Trainers, and acted as Director and sole instructor for fifteen years. Mr. Boger earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry from San Diego State University in 1970, and has more than 30 years of experience in the wastewater field.
