Founder & Instructor
Keith Boger is the founder of WasteWater Technology Trainers, and acted as Director and sole instructor for fifteen years, before Eric and Patti purchased the company from him in 2011. Mr. Boger earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry from San Diego State University in 1970, and has more than 30 years of experience in the wastewater field. He was the Director of the State of California Water Resource Control Board’s Water Quality Control Institute (WQCI) from July 1994 until January 1997. He was also a Training Coordinator with WQCI from December 1979, until his selection as its Director. Prior to his employment with the State of California, Mr. Boger was the County of San Diego’s Senior Chemist and was responsible for the supervision of two wastewater labs. From July 1970 until December 1972 he was employed by the City of San Diego as a wastewater chemist. Kieth remains available as a backup instructor should we need him!
